Rachel is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is active in her community and serves as a CNS Ambassador, mentoring future practitioners. Rachel specializes in autoimmunity, GI disorders, women’s health and fertility, and Lyme disease.
One of her greatest passions is offering effective support and guidance to people who have been unable to find help elsewhere. Rachel regularly attends advanced training through The Institute for Functional Medicine and the American College of Nutrition to expand and deepen her knowledge in order to better serve her clients. In her down time, Rachel enjoys reading, hiking, and developing recipes in her home test kitchen.
